Why Challenge Network

The roundtable discussion allowed us to share what we do very well while at the same time get inspiration from our fellow corporate colleagues on their ideas and knowledge around this important topic. I truly believe that collaboration with Challenge Network enables, and allows companies and individuals to learn every day as well as to stay up to date with trends as well as create friendship and long lasting professional relationship within the HR Network.

We were delighted to collaborate with HR Challenge Training and Consulting FZ-LLC who helped us organize a two-day training program for our senior leadership team. The sessions were very engaging, informative and exciting, and the attendees took back some key learnings that can be applied effectually. The logistics and arrangements were well catered for and the overall workshop was enjoyable

Dubai was a different experience with HR Challenge and we do appreciate this a lot.

We experienced the crime scene investigation team building activity in our team of 6. Going into it, we were excited as this would have been our first experience for such an activity. We were not disappointed. It teaches you to tap into your “investigative” techniques of questioning and negotiating in a conversation and highly tests your observation skills. Must try!

Mariano is really approachable and he is a great leader, we really appreciate all his effort that he was present during the Meditation session and his speech was a big highlight. The facilitator for the session was very professional and well aware of the topic. She was quite flexible and really helped with the team engagement and discussion. It was a well organized session and very professional team to work with!

We have been working with Challenge Network Middle East for the last 2 years for our Young Talent Program. We had Presentation Skills training both as webinar and classroom training focusing on how to prepare the slide deck as well as keeping the attention of the audience, using their voice & body language and all tips for a successful presentation. Our talents are expected to implement a project and present it in the end to successfully graduate from the program.Thanks to this training, we observed they built confidence and came up with inspiring presentations.
